Product Marketing Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for marketing products or a particular aspect or capability of a larger product. You'll collaborate with product management, development, and sales to create and execute marketing plans and outbound communication, including messaging, product launches, and campaign strategies. To execute your plans, you will partner with other marketing professionals focused on web design, graphic design, and PR.

Our ideal candidate is a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will bring a fresh approach to reaching all segments of the market. They understand different types of marketing campaigns and can effectively leverage many of the marketing tools and channels at their disposal.

Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute high impact marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches and ongoing awareness;

  • • Create and maintain sales enablement tools including website, blog, brochures, videos, animations, email, direct mail, white papers, researcher spotlights, and editorials with minimal direction and input;

  • • Assist with social media content such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and others;

  • • Capable of personally creating high quality, customer-facing content;

  • • Keep up with current FinTech trends and understand the competitive landscape;

  • • Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs;

  • • Understand and fluently communicate technical solutions and benefits;

  • • Manage projects and solve problems independently, effective at managing external resources, and excited to take on new assignments with minimal instructions and supervision.;

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of product marketing experience preferred;

  • • Experience in high-tech B2B marketing;

  • • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

  • • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution;

  • • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;

  • • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment;

  • • Experience working with cross-functional teams;

  • • Excellent time management;

  • • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects successfully under tight timelines;

  • • Must be proficient in written and spoken English;
